At Seaside gems, we are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If a product is faulty or damaged, please return it to us in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it or issue you with a credit.
If returning merchandise purchased online, customers must email details of the item(s) to be returned and the reason for return to firstname.lastname@example.org
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection by Seaside Gems prior to an exchange of goods or a credit being issued.
For your protection, we recommend you send your return parcel prepaid and insured. You are responsible for the condition of the goods until they are received by Seaside Gems.
Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for an exchange (for example, the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you are not required to pay postage on the outgoing order.
Please note: Items cannot be returned if you have changed your mind, so please choose carefully when making a purchase. Also, and due to health regulations, we cannot offer an exchange or a refund for earrings.
SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
How will my order be sent?
All New Zealand orders are sent by Track and Trace with Courier Post. Your order can be delivered to either your home or work address (includes Rural Delivery). All packages require a signature on delivery, (this does not apply to Rural Delivery). If nobody is at home when the courier attempts to deliver the item(s), a card will be left for you to contact the courier depot to organize a more convenient delivery time.
When will my order be sent?
Once payment has been received, and provided no additional security checks are required, your order will be dispatched within 3 working days.
During busy periods this time frame may increase. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons beyond Seaside Gem,s control we will inform you as soon as possible and refund (or credit you) for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.
We will automatically email you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched to confirm it is on the way.
How long will delivery take?
Courier Post normally delivers within 1-2 business days (a business day is any day other than a weekend or public holiday). If you have not received your delivery within 4 business days, you should contact Courier Post with the tracking number supplied to you.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, Seaside Gems will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, Seaside Gems will inform you as soon as possible.
Currently we are only shipping within New Zealand however if you like something in particular please contact us and we can go through the options.
